Our Mission

CURIOSITY

We know the importance of listening to understand rather than listening to respond and will ask questions to really understand what is going on for you. We believe that every behaviour is some form of communication and we will support you to unravel and interpret what that may mean as well as encouraging your child to use their voice in whatever form that may be. You know your child best so ensuring the parent voice is heard is vital to us in ensuring the right support is offered. We are aware many children mask their true uniqueness and we want them to be able to embrace themselves and find the right path for them to go forward and thrive.

CONNECTION

Building a relationship with you and supporting you to build a deeper connection with your child and those who care for them means everyone will be heard and empowered to take the next steps forward in the same direction.  

COMPASSION

The well-being of both children and carers is at the forefront of what we do. We understand how hard and lonely the journey can be and we want to build an empathic village around you to make you feel confident in advocating for your children to get the best outcomes for them. We understand the complexities of feeling judged when your child behaves in a way different to the norm and the courage it takes to parent in a way that is best for your child rather than what others expect. We really do care and are here to listen and support both as professionals but as parents too.

COMMUNITY

Our aim is to build a tribe that is confident in raising and advocating for neurodiverse children. We appreciate how exhausting and all consuming it can be doing it alone or with people who don’t quite understand. Through our online community, we want to build a personal community
